Extra pick-up is typically $15/yd, which is $120. *Note: that's the price we pay for our whole month because our initial contracted rate it is so low (He recommends not doing it too often to keep bills down). Mattresses are $45 ea. Small items (microwaves, ac's, etc)are $25 ea. Large items(couches, etc) items $40 ea.

2:05pm. Margaret Brantley initiated a convo with me (from across the complex parking lot) while I was finalizing repairis on #12. She accused me of "stealing" the unit and asked how I sleep at night. My communication to her was "how are you doing Margaret" and "whatever you say Margaret". I ignored and refused to respond to the rest of her verbal jabs. Entire exchange lasted no more than 1 min.
